Eques Health Acquires CerasMD of TN
Eques Health, LLC has announced the acquisition of CerasMD of Tennessee, LLC. This strategic move will further cement Eques Health's position in the rapidly growing connected healthcare market.
The acquisition was spearheaded by Eques Health CEO, Shane Michelli and CerasMD of TN CEO, Sam Clemmons, M.D. both of whom are excited about the opportunities the merger presents.
