Shane Michelli

Shane Michelli started his career in the independent retail industry, and then transitioned into corporate retail. He found himself in a senior leadership role with Lowe’s. During Shane’s tenure at Lowe’s, he championed market development, opening new metropolitan markets and helping turnaround underperforming regions. His passion for operational excellence, through team development and leadership, was recognized, as he was awarded the Gallup Organization’s Leadership Award. Shane become a master at analyzing consumer behavior and predicting market trends. These skills were instrumental in driving revenues, outperforming profit goals, and maximizing ROI. Shane used the knowledge gained in this consumer-centric environment to lead two international multi-brand consumer products conglomerates, Easton and Synergy. In 2014 Shane created Antler Ridge, his family office, and relocated to Chicago, IL. In Chicago Antler Ridge partnered with 3 other family offices and Shane operated the multi-family office until 2020. Antler Ridge's portfolio currently consists of commercial real estate, a development company, marketing firm, technology group, aerospace and defense contractor, entertainment group, consultancy, advertising agency, and consumer products companies.
